All Returns must be received in new, unused, resellable condition and must have an approved in advance RMA number.   Without a RMA number your item can't be tracked and we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.   We ship from an approved UPS / Fedex shipping center, however, we only receive products at our warehouse.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, provided the unit is returned in new, unused resellable condition.
